Workplace Coaching/Mediation

Coaching will develop a mechanism to bring about both individual and organisational transformation. This will help to build personal innovation and creativity where staff feel valued and respected.

Coaching is a values-based, appreciative inquiry process that emphasises the importance of honoring our values while focusing on strengths to build new possibilities.

Coaching is future focused; it does not focus on past experiences which may have been helpful or unhelpful, but instead takes the learning from these experiences to help to set out a new path for the future.

Workplace Coaching is essential to every business it creates positive culture can change a negative culture to a positive framework. It is cost effective and time effective to an organisation then utilising traditional pathways.

Coaching is about empowering individuals, fostering growth, and enhancing performance in the workplace. It’s a valuable tool for leaders and employees on an equal basis. It shows employee the value leaders place on them and in return gives that value back to the leader ten fold.

Workplace coaching is a professional helping relationship, focused on the goals of the coachee (Passmore & Lai, 2019). It is based on reciprocal actions between two parties.

Workplace coaching unlocks the potential of the coachee. Coaching is a facilitative approach, in which the coach enables future self-directed learning and development (Passmore & Lai, 2019).

Workplace coaching can occur internally, with managers and leaders either individually or in groups.

I believe it is essential component to any individual moving into a management of leadership role. In particular making the transition to management or leadership within a workplace.

Coaching enables leaders to deal with the unknown in dynamic work environments characterized by turnover and volatile market forces.

Leaders don’t need to know everything; instead, they empower those around them.

Just as athletes benefit from coaching, leaders can perform at a high level with the right coaching support.

The coaching process is a trained professional working with you on a individual basis to help identify strengths and develop goals.
